Chair.

With an emphasis on resistance, this chair pilates class is designed to focus on improving balance + posture through pelvic + scapular stabilization exercises.

reformer.

Machine-based class that incorporates pilates techniques for a more challenging + intense workout. The use of springs, leverage + body weight are used as resistance while targeting specific muscle groups.

Jumpboard.

The Jumpboard accessory provides a firm, but padded surface that allows for biomechanically sound foot placement + can be used for both plyometric + aerobic exercise.

Tower.

Another machine-based pilates workout using a multitude of springs. The “Tower” is a vertical machine that provides a full body workout using a variety of attachments: a roll-back bar, arm springs, leg springs + a push-through bar.

Mat.

Exercise performed on the floor focusing on improving flexibility + muscle tone with an emphasis on the spine + lower back. Also aims to focus on body balance, as well as promoting mind-body awareness.

With Accessories.

Working one-on-one with pilates specific accessories: body arc, magic circle + mini exercise ball.
