Adaptive Pilates

 

Pilates uses alignment principles that help injuries related to the back, spine, shoulders, knees + other major areas.

Core strength is key for spine health + in turn is great for overall heath + improvement.

I modify + tailor workouts specific to injuries. I have had clients with disc issues, spine issues, knee injuries + shoulder injuries.

I also work with clients who suffer from sports related injuries such as football, dance, running, etc.
