Do members need to reserve a spot in class ahead of time? 

Yes. Please schedule your class here.

What kind of payments do you accept?

Do you have a cancelation policy?

Yes- 12 hours prior to scheduled class. Otherwise class will be deducted from package.

How to prepare for your first class:

Be sure to hydrated, eat a light, healthy meal. + wear proper attire. For a list of recommendations click here.

What to bring to class:

  • Water bottle

  • Grip socks

  • Women- form fitting pants

  • Men- compression shorts underneath athletic shorts

Do you offer options for pregnant women?

Yes. I’m certified to adjust pregnant women from first trimester through end of pregnancy. A doctor’s clearance is required.

Do you offer adaptive classes?

Yes. I have specialized programs for clients with disabilities + injuries. To learn more visit here.

Do you have a refund policy?

No refunds offered. Classes can be transfered to a friend or family member.
